Jiangcheng new generation of AR-HUD uses the first domestic car-scale LCOS chip, plus self-developed high-definition imaging film and large-size free-form mirror and other mass-produced components. High-resolution PGU needs to be combined with a specially designed imaging film in order to fully play its advantages. As early as 2018, Jiangcheng began to develop AR-HUD, and at the same time developed an AR-HUD imaging film, conducted in-depth research on the principle and use characteristics of AR-HUD imaging film, and successfully mass-produced it. Secondary optics is the soul of AR-HUD design. For AR-HUD free-form surface imaging technology, Jiangcheng has explored various dimensions that affect user experience such as distortion, vertigo, ghost, and clarity, and has accumulated rich experience, which has been verified by mass production.
The new generation of AR-HUD of Jiangcheng gives full play to
the advantages of high resolution and high brightness of LCOS solution,
reaching the true resolution of 1920*1080, virtual brightness of 24000nit,
contrast of 1600:1. At the same time, the optical design takes into account the
anti-sunlight backflow and anti-stray light, effectively solves the problems of
distortion, double shadow, vertigo, etc., obtains the high-definition
high-quality large-size imaging, realizes the AR navigation, ADAS driving
assistance and other rich functions, and even can watch high-definition movies,
with the AR-HUD large-size, long-distance virtual image, bring immersive
experience.
